Managerial accounting includes topics such as direct costing, activity based costing, production costs & raw material costing and is usually popular in companies that use raw materials to make goods for resale to the consumers. Examples include Coca Cola that uses its formulas to make soft drinks, bottle them in Cans and sell them to the consumers.
